By transitioning to a boutique Direct Primary Care model, we are able to offer unhurried appointments, comprehensive metabolic optimization, and direct access to your provider when you need it most. Founder & Family Nurse Practitioner
Sara Gonzalez is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Practice with an interest in metabolic wellness. A Wyoming native, Sara and her family transitioned to the Western Slope of Colorado, a region she has loved since childhood summer visits, to be closer to retired parents and to give back to the community that welcomed her.
With an extensive clinical background spanning family health, long-term care, psychiatric medicine, and acute care, Sara brings a holistic perspective to primary care. She firmly believes that the body and mind must work together to heal.
Driven by a passion to give a voice to her patients and advocate for their long-term well-being, Sara provides compassionate, high-touch clinical care and remains a dedicated partner through every milestone of your healthcare journey.
